How long does the styling service take?

The time it takes for a particular service varies depending on the option you pick. The stylist will explain how long it will take to create your custom outfits. On average, it usually takes 2-3 days to complete one outfit.

Question 2

What can I do if I don't like the outfit?

Accepted Answer

If you are unsatisfied with the outfit, please communicate with your stylist and indicate the changes you would like to make. Your outfit(s) will then be modified according to your preferences and sent to you with the updated version along with the links to the changed items. Please note that we allow one revision for each outfit board.

The links are not working/opening, what can I do?

If you encounter any issues with the links we have provided, please let your stylist know by specifying which links are not working. We will then promptly provide you with new, functioning links.

Question 4

What happens if a item is sold out?

Accepted Answer

We are not responsible if some of the products linked are sold out at a later time of purchase. We take measures to ensure that the products are available in your sizes at the time we send them to you. However, we advise that you make your purchase as soon as possible after receiving the links, as we have no control over whether they will still be available at a later date.

Can I return the service?

You cannot return the service as it is a virtual service and not a physical product. Therefore, refunds are not available. We still want you to be happy and satisfied with our service, therefore we offer a follow-up touch base for outfit changes, additional questions or other concerns.

A capsule wardrobe is designed to be both practical and sustainable. The idea is to have a curated collection of clothing that is versatile enough to be worn in a variety of settings and can be mixed and matched to create many more outfits, without feeling the need to constantly buy new clothes. A capsule wardrobe is a minimalist and intentional approach to fashion that encourages us to be more mindful about what we wear and why we wear it.
